Walter, an award-winning property developer and trained craftsman with nearly four decades of experience, and his daughter Eliarne, a communications and project specialist with over 10 years’ expertise in media, marketing, and project management, lead the group with a shared vision. Together, they deliver design-led, innovative developments that reflect architectural excellence, strategic insight, and lasting community value.

Outside work, Walter enjoys motorbike racing, spending time on machinery at his son Julian's farm, and the beach with his partner and two staffies. Eliarne treasures time with her partner and family, walks with her dog Paulie, and fully embraces the relaxed Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

Gustav has partnered with Walter for over 20 years, designing projects that consistently exceed market expectations. Their long-standing collaboration has shaped some of the Sunshine Coast’s most recognisable developments, including Azzure Bokarina Beach, Oceanus, and Elysee Alexandra Headland.

Gustav’s architectural creativity, combined with Walter’s technical expertise, ensures each project is innovative, functional, and enduring, creating spaces that foster community connection and coastal living. Outside the studio, Gustav enjoys planning his next skiing adventure and spending quality time with his partner and their two cherished fur babies.

Helen brings extensive experience from the corporate and real estate sectors, coupled with a deep commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and communities. Passionate about the Walter Iezzi Property vision, she ensures every buyer experience is seamless, informed, and personal. An avid adventurer in her personal life, Helen enjoys motorbiking and cycling, blending professional focus with her love of the outdoors.

Sarita, a trained accountant, oversees the group's financial management, ensuring accurate budgeting, reporting, and compliance across all projects. With nearly a decade of experience with the group, she takes pride in supporting the team's growth and success. Beyond her professional role, Sarita enjoys quality time with family and friends and her much-loved fur babies, balancing her financial expertise with a strong sense of home and community.

Walter Iezzi is incredibly adept in every aspect of design and construction, giving him a unique position to lead his experienced and professional team of designers, construction managers, engineers, trade specialists, and interior designers.

Walter is involved in every step of all his projects—from designing functional living spaces to overseeing major concrete pours. You could say he is an old-school builder; perhaps it's the Italian in him, but it's critical to him that everything is as it should be and of an uncompromising standard.

Walter is passionate about acting and thinking creatively about how his work impacts the environment and the local community. He embraces change, always looking for improvements to promote a strong direction for the future of the Sunshine Coast which can be enjoyed for generations to come.
